The Process
Our life coach will work with you on a one on one session basis, either online or in person. The duration of each session will be 45 minutes with a gap of minimum one week between them.
The number of sessions required depends on case to case basis. However, on an average 4 to 5 sessions are needed to facilitate any kind of transformation in your mindset and experience its results.
