Bethsheba Sheth is a trained and qualified Counselling Psychologist and Special educator. With over 18years of experience in the field of Mental Health. She also holds a trainers degree in Mental Health First Aid from Australia and has completed level three in CBT and REBT. Her career has allowed her to work with an array of schools, corporates, and mental health centers catering to the various needs of Adolescents, Youth, and adults in the field of psychology and Special education. Bethsheba specialises in Depression, Anxiety, Stress, PTSD, Adolescents, Marriage and Parenting counselling and grief management. She trains and conducts various workshops and courses on Mental Health for all age groups. She successfully headed the Outreach program and Operations for Mpower Minds ( A Neerja Birla initiative for mental health ).
On a personal front, Bethsheba is an ardent animal lover and music lover. Positive psychology, mindfulness, and a lot of laugher and gratitude are a few things she lives by. Expressing thoughts through writings and workshops give her much satisfaction.
